The London Research Kitchen is a collaborative food-based research project in development with experimental food collective, Blanch & Shock. It will be the first of its kind: a new multi-purpose centre for food research, dining experimentation and education based in London, but addressing global questions. It also offers consultancy, external catering events and product development. LRK also aims to provide work space for visiting chefs, scientists and researchers and act as a cross-disciplinary hub for a wide network of chefs, scientists, academics, artists, designers, urbanists, food producers, foragers, craftspeople and artisans.
